Yana Kovtok’s journey through our company is a true success story. Rising through the ranks with dedication and talent, Yana has become our resident wine expert and champion. Originally from Ukraine, she brings incredible passion and expertise to our venues.
Her knowledge of wine enriches our offerings and ensures our guests always have an unforgettable experience. Yana’s story is a testament to hard work and passion for meeting opportunities.

Restaurant Manager
Anais Rowe
Anais Rowe initially planned on spending just six months with ACI, but her passion and drive saw her rise through the ranks to become the Restaurant Manager at Hermitage Rd. Her journey showcases the power of commitment and the opportunities within our company.
Through the training and support offered at ACI, Anais has flourished, making her an integral part of the team. We're incredibly proud of her achievements and her dedication to delivering outstanding service every day.
