1. Download the app

Search for the “Anglian Country Inns” app on the App Store or Google Play or follow the links above.

2. Create your app account

If you are using the app for the first time do not click login, instead select “Create Account” and enter your personal details. 
During this process a prompt will appear asking if you are already a Loyalty Member.

2a. For existing Loyalty Members

Select “Yes, I have a Loyalty Card” then enter your Loyalty Card Number along with the email address that is associated with your Loyalty Membership. Select “Verify”, if successful your Loyalty Card will be add to the app account. Your physical card will continue to work as usual.

3. Take a look around

Within the app you can favourite your nearest venues, browse rewards available across different locations, check opening times, check your balance and more.

4. Start using your app straight away, collecting rewards and money to spend

You can start enjoying your loyalty offers right away. Simply open the app and select “MY LOYALTY CARD” from the side menu to pull up a QR code and your loyalty number. Show this to our team so that they can scan or input your details. 

5. Look out for updates

Remember to opt in to receiving our emails and keep an eye on your inbox for updates, special offers, gifts and invitations.
